Typically, this plan targets an older audience, but I am going to show how a guy with little extra time in his thirties can reap the benefits of starting a new weight loss plan. When I was in my twenties, I loved to work out with weights in the gym for hours on end. I had a lot more time back then. Now that I am a young dad with a more challenging career, I just don't have 90 minutes to spend at the gym.
